As of Friday of this week, Stacey is OFFICIALLY engaged. Hallelujah!
That didn't stop us from having a bridal shower for her before we all piled out of Logan. The Friday of dead week, the roomies and Stacey's sister Hillary teamed up for snacks, gifts, picture frames, and games. We played a game that I asked Ben questions for beforehand and Stacey had to answer the questions the same way. On some of them she had to guess if he answered the way he thought she'd answer or the way he would answer. For every question she got wrong she had to pop in a piece of gum. She did fairly well but had a fairly substantial wad of gum by the end.
Since Stacey didn't have an actual ring, Kristin made sure she had something on her left hand for the shower. It was a quite substantial ring that lit up with a flashing red light. Super classy.
Stacey loved the gifts. Shana's reaction to some of them were absolutely priceless.
Wedding bells will toll July 29, 2010. Can't wait for my Stacey girl!!!
