Let the Memories Begin: The Grand Floridian

On Sunday afternoon, Mom and hopped a bus over to the Magic Kingdom so we could get on the monorail and explore the Grand Floridian hotel. We love Wilderness Lodge where we stay but wanted to see what all the fuss was about over at the Grand Floridian. It truly is beautiful. It's a turn of the century Victorian mansion that caters to dignitaries and families alike. We explored the shops which included a bath shop with aromas so strong I cold only last a few minutes. Afternoon tea was being served in one of the dining rooms overlooking the shore while a pianist tickled the ivories of a beautiful grand piano in the lobby.
